Wow, such a friendly environment and cool hangout spaces. Very warm and inviting. Fast service. The breakfast wrap and blueberry pomegranate smoothie I had were top notch at a reasonable price.

Amazing! We all said the same. I was surprised when my hubby said "amazing donut!" Because he didn't say much about food. Yes, everything was amazing. I really loved my Irish Boston cream donut. Plus St.Patrick day, we wore green so we got a discount and also first time too, so awesome! The owner is so nice, so friendly, amazing service. We all were so happy! Can't wait to go back. If you never been there, go check them out. Really recommend this cafe.

The cafe is truly beautiful. Whoever designed this place has great taste. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the donuts are amazing. I think they make everything themselves, from the creams to the chocolates. I honestly didn’t expect to find such an elite cafe. The only downside I can mention is the music playing inside, but other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

An Abbotsford gem with a wonderful owner who greets you with a smile every time. Their donuts are the best in town and the chai latte cannot be beat. Give them a try and you'll be back for more!

Such a warm and funky place. The perfect spot to sit and enjoy AMAZING chai tea and a gourmet donut. Super impressed by the staff’s welcoming attitudes as well.

Amazing!! I came here totally unplanned, and I'm so glad I found this gorgeous place! It's got such a welcoming and fun vibe. I tried the caramel macchiato, and oh my.. I loved it more than Starbucks! The decor is also so unique. Beautiful artwork all over! Highly recommended not just for the drinks, but the overall positive rejuvenation I had when I was there!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff! I went into Sip Chai for the first time right after I was supposed to do my road test. My road test got cancelled because they were under staffed, and I was feeling really discouraged; however when I mentioned it to one of the baristas, he said something about how there must have been a guardian angel protecting me from the road, and that there was a reason I wasn’t supposed to take my test that day. It made me feel so encouraged! My tea was great too

this place is an excellent and comfortable gatgering place. drinks are good. food not awesome. great energy, visually and auditorily pleasant. i plan to visit more often.
